Description
Change is a fixed point in time. There is a clear before and after, like
the day you move house. Transition is the process of coming to terms with and getting used to the change. It often starts before the change (finding a new home, packing boxes), and can carry on for a long time after the change has taken place. Transition can feel bumpy, even when the change is something good.
Change at work comes about when there’s a need to improve things – pace, productivity and profitability. But most workplace change fails because the people needed to make it happen aren’t on board, and getting those people on board is no mean feat.
This workshop is for:
- Managers leading change projects or influencing team behaviours
- Leaders supporting teams that struggle with change
- Employees who are involved in rolling out significant change to systems, processes, services, operations or structures
What they’ll learn:
- How to support people through change to keep them happy, engaged, and performing
- How to lead change effectively to drive progress, rather than resistance
What’s included?
- Everything you need to facilitate a workshop, either in-house or with an NKD facilitator
- A full facilitator pack with step by step session notes
- Engaging slideshow and activity materials
- A practical take-away guide to reinforce learning every day
Why this workshop helps:
Most workplace change fails not because the idea is bad, but because people aren’t on board. This workshop gives you a clear, human-focused approach to navigating change, so you can turn resistance into momentum.
