Digital Learning

In what format is the Digital Learning?

Our digital learning products will be delivered to you in a zip file containing all the assets you have purchased. If you have purchased a Toolkit or a piece of elearning, we will deliver this via a SCORM-wrapped zip file via a download link in the confirmation email. It is also accessible via your account section.

What’s a SCORM file?

A SCORM file is essentially a zip file which is formatted in a certain way to allow your LMS to read the file, present the content to the end user and to track their results. It’s important to check which version of SCORM your LMS supports if you want to track the completion of the content.

Do I need SCORM 1.2 or 2004?

Each LMS will support one, or both, of these formats. It’s best to check with your LMS team, or provider, to ensure you request the correct version.

How do I specify a SCORM version?

We typically send SCORM 1.2, but if you need SCORM 2004, send an email to support@nkd.co.uk and we are happy to arrange that.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with the files?

If you have any issues uploading the files to your LMS, please contact your LMS administrator in the first instance. If they have any questions or there’s any tracking issues with the content, please ask them to contact support@nkd.co.uk

How are the SCORMS set up to track? /What are the completion requirements of your courses?

You can find individual completion requirements in the description of the product. Each completion requirement will also be emailed to you with the .zip file of the course.

I don’t have a LMS, can I still purchase this product?

At the moment, we only provide LMS compatible products.

My course is not loading

If you have any issues loading the course once it’s on your LMS, please contact your LMS administrator in the first instance. If they have any questions or there’s any tracking issues with the content, please ask them to contact support@nkd.co.uk

Some parts of my course seem to be cut off

If parts of your course are cut off, please check that the browser's zoom is set to 100%. It can also be done manually:

PC: On a Windows system, use your keyboard to reset the browser’s zoom back to 100% by pressing the Control ("Ctrl") key and the zero key (0) at the same time.

Mac: On an Apple system, use your keyboard to reset the browser’s zoom back to 100% by pressing the Command key (⌘) and the zero key (0) at the same time.
